20 Years of the PSNI – What has changed?
Belfast, Venue TBCIt has been two decades since the rebranding of the 'Royal Ulster Constabulary' and the commencement of a supposed 'new dispensation' and the PSNI. On the 4th of November in 2001, the RUC received a heavy lick of paint, its funding, infrastructure, equipment, armoured fleet of vehicles, personnel, weaponry and purpose was given a new logo and name as part of a massive public relations exercise.
